The Petersham Broadband Municipal Light Plant Board (PBMLP) was established by the approval of Petersham residents at Town Meeting and pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 164 to facilitate implementation of and manage a town-wide, high-speed, Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) telecommunications network capable of serving all of the residents and businesses of Petersham. The PBMLP is governed by a five-member Board appointed by the Selectboard.
